Welcome to Hardihood Cowork, a boutique coworking space filled with creatives, hustlers, movers and shakers.
We are excited to have you join our community. Below is all of the information you need to get set up and working while at Hardihood.
GETTING HERE AND IN
We are located off 30th Street in North Park. Upon arrival, enter through the black iron gate and past James Coffee Co. into the courtyard. Head up the staircase and enter through Suite 4 or 5 door (depending on your set up) by pushing on the door.
Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. The door will be locked before or after those hours and you will need the Proximity Space App to get into Hardihood.
FIND A SEAT
Our Shared members can take a seat anywhere in the open space that is unoccupied. We have several different seating arrangements which allow you to find a spot that best suits your needs. Feel free to roam as well throughout the day.
Dedicated and Private Members have designated spots throughout the space.

Hardihood Cowork is equipped with all kinds of goodies. From Lattes to flat whites to good ole coffee, check out the complimentary coffee service provided by the Jura WE8.
We also provide complimentary snacks, kombucha, filtered water and other tasty beverages on tap. Feel free to use the fridge to store your own grub if you like. Plates, utensils and napkins are all located in the kitchen.
Please note: The blue plug in the taps are meant to be pulled out prior to pouring a refreshing pint. Replace them once your glass is filled.
NEED A BREAK
Gender neutral bathrooms are located outside along the exterior hall of the same floor. Grab the key hanging by the front door before you head out as you will need it to open the bathroom, Don't forget to use the deadbolt to let other members know the bathroom is occupied.

Our Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships come with 24/7 access. All other memberships are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Our climate remains a pleasant 72 degrees year round.
We have a bike rack downstairs in the courtyard where you can lock up your bike and get to work upstairs.
Hardihood is cleaned by a professional cleaning team twice a week. In between, the space's high contact points are cleaned and sanitized as needed.
Members have unlimited access to a super automatic Jura WE8 for all their coffee needs. It also serves up a smooth latte, cappuccino, and flat white. Need something stronger? Select espresso or ristretto at the touch of a button and enjoy.
James Coffee Co. cold brew is included in your membership during San Diego's hottest months. We also offer complimentary creamers to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Filtered water by Avalon. Hot, Cool and Cold at your fingertips.
All memberships come with the best chairs for the workspace.
We have about 820sq ft of bookable space for your next event. It can be booked directly online.
Our Community Manager is on-site Monday-Friday, 9am to 2pm to give tours and answer questions.
All Private Offices come with a desk, lockable filing cabinet and ergonomical chair for each occupant.
Available on the Conference Room TV as well as a mobile Smart TV that can be used anywhere in the space.

Full fridge, microwave, and toaster oven are for you to use to prepare your tasty lunch or snack.

Day Lockers are available for our Shared Members. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices come with a lockable cabinet.
Two comfy seats sit nested in the corner to form a small oasis. Change up your environment and bring your work out to our lounge.
We have 1 conference room that can hold up to 10 people. It comes equipped with a white board, SMART TV and can Chrome Cast, AirPlay or surf the www.
Whether you work or not is up to you, but we have a great outdoor courtyard that you can access to unwind, eat your lunch or people watch.
With an enclosed courtyard, our WiFi is strong enough to take your work outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Only our Private Office members can bring their fur friend to work with them. All dogs must remain in the private office and be on leash when being walked around the common space.
We have one phone booth that is limited to calls 30 minutes are less.
Access to unlimited printing on two different laser printers. One is color and the other is B&W.
Our space is under 24/7 camera surveillance from Cox Communication. Four cameras spaced throughout the suites keep your items secure.
Serving a variety of teas from tea maker Steven Smith.
Our shared space and most Private Offices come with windows to let the natural light in.
